Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your  purchase, for any reason, we will offer the possibility to exchange the Items subject to the following conditions:

- You have 14  business days since receiving your order to return an item to Grimey Wear // Cincel Calle  2, 28522 Rivas Vaciamadrid , Madrid.

- Items returned must be in the same condition they were sent. Must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

- For hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns of underwear and swimwear.

- Unless the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, only changes are permitted.

- If there is no product that interests you at the moment ,the value of the returned product added to your Grimey account will not expire until you find a product that you like.

- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes. When the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, we will take care of the shipping.


        *International returns | All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of EU Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.


   Once you´ve got the refund you can place a new order using your points at the last step before confirming  the new purchase .
